3. Our Services

- Loan approval is based on our internal evaluation system, which may include both automated and manual assessment methods.
- Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to our internal lending policies.
- Once approved, you will need to digitally sign or accept a Loan Agreement containing specific loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedule, and applicable charges.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Repay your loan as per the agreed repayment schedule.

5. Risk & Disclaimer

- We are not responsible for any losses caused by network issues, technical failures, or third-party actions beyond our control.
6. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by notifying us, subject to clearing all outstanding dues.
- We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to repay your loan, or engage in suspicious activities.
- We also reserve the right to discontinue any part of our services with 30 days' notice.
7. Liability & Indemnity
- Our liability to you is limited to a maximum of ₹2,500 for any claim arising under these Terms.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SURYA-SHAKTI VYAPAAR PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
